We work with clients to understand what environmental sustainability means to them in their business, what goals and targets they want to set for themselves and how they can get there through a roadmap of change. We focus our attention on a strong communications strategy to drive understanding and a desire to change, as well as solutions which are workable and logical for each individual business.
We work hand in glove with our business partners Hope Solutions on all of our projects, offering decades of scientific knowledge and experience to our clients. Our team is small enough to be agile and to give every client a personal approach, but large enough to boast decades of experience in operations and environmental sustainability.

Ruth worked in the sports industry for 18 years, with venues and events including London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, England 2015 Rugby World Cup, Goodwood, Wimbledon, HSBC World Match Play, Formula 1, Lingfield Estate and Queen’s Tennis Tournament.
Qualified from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leaders, PRINCE2 and Agile Project Management, BSI PAS2060 and an MA from Cambridge University, Ruth specialises in sustainability projects in the sporting sector, with an emphasis on communications, stakeholder management, operations and commercial risk and opportunity.
Environmental sustainability is a difficult process and it is important that our clients trust the advice and deliverables we provide. We work hard to develop that trust through our transparency, honesty and integrity, which is at the heart of everything we do.
We are passionate about environmental sustainability and always go the extra mile to ensure that our work is delivered to exemplary standards. We take time at the outset to ensure that we understand what success looks like and develop projects to achieve that.
Change doesn’t happen without motivation. We believe part of our responsibility is to inspire our clients to act. From presenting to the Board, delivering Town Hall meetings or engaging one to one with team members, we infuse our passion into everything we do.
We believe it is important to have both knowledge and experience so our team is made up of differing, complimentary skillsets. We constantly research new information to stay up to date with both the science and technology surrounding environmental sustainability.
